21 Day Lifestyle Restart
Research indicates that it takes around 21 days to change your lifestyle habits. With this in mind, our 3-week program has been specifically designed for those who are serious about making the necessary long-term lifestyle changes required for weight loss, improved fitness and behavioural modification required to achieve optimal health. This program focuses on breaking your old self-sabotaging habits and forming healthy new ones and providing you with all of the tools necessary for long term weight loss and healthy living. With a maximum of 10 participants in the final week of the program, a strong emphasis is placed on highly focused, individualized attention.
- Accommodation in your own room
- All meals (Gourmet International and Asian Cuisine, fresh seafood, and tropical fruit and vegetables)
- Comprehensive health and fitness assessment
