6.30am    Morning walk and yoga on the beach
7.30am    Breakfast
8.30am    Sea kayak or Tai Chi
10.30am  Healthy morning tea
11.30am  Self defence class or outdoor circuit training
1.00pm    Lunch
2.00pm    Aqua class or core strengthening class
3.00pm    Massage and spa treatment or relax by the pool
4.00pm    Healthy afternoon tea
4.30pm    Personal training session or boxing class
5.30pm    Health Education Seminar
7.00pm    Dinner
8.00pm    Evening sunset walk or massage treatment
